What to do
When you call, you’ll hear the following steps:
After the beep, please say:
1. Your order ID (found in your product email) It starts with H S dash.
2. The name the correct way (say it normally).
3. Pause for one second
4. Say the name one more time, slowly

Multiple names?
Repeat steps 2 through 4 for each additional name, with a brief pause between each. Only speak the names that were mispronounced.
